Strawberry Pancake Recipe


A perfectly healthy breakfast for you. This strawberry pancake contains all the needed nutrients and vitamins required for your busy day ahead.  Reward yourself with these beneficial and tasty pancakes. Try this recipe and you'll surely want to prepare it every morning.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted melted butter
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • Maple syrup (pure)

Directions:
  1. Combine sugar, flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium-sized mixing bowl; mix thoroughly for even blend of flavors. You can also use a food processor for proper mixing.
  2. Prepare a smaller glass bowl and mix together egg, vanilla, and milk; beat until totally combined.
  3. Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture using a food processor. Stir in butter on the process until batter is thick and smooth. Lastly, toss in sliced strawberries and mix for a couple more seconds.
  4. Using a ¼ cup, scoop batter into a heated nonstick griddle one scoop at a time. Fry pancake until sides are deliciously golden and flip to cook the other side. Do the same to the remaining batter.
  5. Serve hot with maple syrup, a bit of butter, and some slices of strawberries.
  6.  Enjoy the strawberry goodness!
